INSTITUTIONAL: Kelso-Burnett Co. has enjoyed a long and illustrious relationship with Institutional facilities throughout Northern Illinois. Kelso-Burnett has been especially strong in the field of renovation, expansion and upgrading of existing facilities. Our ability to recognize and find solutions to difficult interfacing problems saves valuable construction time and keeps the project within budget constraints. Our ability to perform total integrated systems allows us to bring in the expertise necessary to keep the existing systems functioning without disruption, while the upgrades and expansion can continue in accordance with the project schedule.
Hospitals such as Children's Memorial Hospital, Condell Medical Center, Lake Forest Hospital, Midwestern Regional Medical Center and Palos Community Hospital have called upon Kelso-Burnett to perform the difficult tasks of keeping existing areas fully operational while renovation and expansion was taking place. Schools and colleges such as Northwestern, Rosary, University of Chicago, Buffalo Grove Schools, Deerfield Schools, Lemont HS, North Chicago HS, Lombard Schools, Palatine Schools, Warren THS, Chicago Public School System, Park Forest Schools, Grayslake HS, and Zion-Benton THS have called upon Kelso-Burnett to assist in their renovation, expansion, and energy management needs.
