Starting with the 200,000 sq. ft. tenant build-out of Heller Financial during a fourteen week schedule in 1986 and continuing on to major fast-track projects for NBC, Navistar, Kraft Food Services, Bank of America, McKinsey, Deloitte & Touche, Fiserv, VNU, and Allstate (to name a few during the 90's), Kelso-Burnett has continually demonstrated the ability to provide manpower, materials, tools and information to meet the most aggressive schedules. This expertise has been called upon numerous times for smaller- scale tenant needs that still require the same logistical support as the larger projects.
Even though Kelso-Burnett is recognized as one of the largest specialty contractors in the United States, our Branch Office and "Contract Manager" organizational structure allows us to give the same attention to the smallest of projects as we do to the largest.
